As part of efforts to keep the Super Eagles in shape for the upcoming 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers and the qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, the Nigerian national team will play the Brazilian team in a friendly meet this month October.
According to reports, the Nigeria/Brazil encounter will take place at the National Stadium of Singapore on October 13. The event is billed to feature formidable Nigerian soccer stars such as PSG star Neymar Junior, Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus, England based on Goalkeepers Ederson and Alisson Becker on parade for Brazil.
Others expected to be on duty in Brazil are Victor Osimhen, Villareal star Samuel Chukwueze and midfield maestro Oghenekaro Etebo.
The Super Eagles were involved in a friendly with Ukraine on September 10 at the Dnipro Arena which ended 2-2.
